1. Voice to Text Process

• In this process, we transcribe your audio files into a written text format, in the same language. For example, if you send us an audio file that is in Spanish and has to be translated to English, we transcribe the contents of the audio file into Spanish words.
• Post transcription, we translate the Spanish text file into English, the target language.
• Upon successful translation, we re-translate the English text into Spanish, in order to verify the accuracy and quality of the translated work.

2. Text to Text Process

• As part of this process, we translate your textual matter into the target language of your choice.
• After the translation has been carried out, the translated matter is re-translated to the source language. This helps in determining the accuracy of our translation service.
